Documents

I can teach you how to write letters and other documents, edit your fonts, such as underline, italics and bold, centre and align text, control the margins, insert pictures into your documents, and print your document.
Word: Microsoft's Word Processing app
The standard document software is Microsoft's Office package. This is available for monthly or annual subscription. There are also free versions of Office but they are probably not worth it overall. The advantage of getting the proper version of Word is you can easily move text, charts and figures between this program and Microsoft's other programs, Powerpoint and Excel (see below).
Spreadsheets (Excel)

I can teach you how to set up a spreadsheet, entering data into the squares called cells, do calculations such as adding up all the data in a column or finding the averages, edit the appearance such as the fonts, colours, or whether you show your data as regular numbers or currencies, and also make charts such as bar charts, pi charts, scatter charts.

Excel: Microsoft's spreadsheet app for Data calculations
Microsoft's Excel program is useful for all statistics, data and charting purposes. Functions range from quick and easy ways to set up tables, to complicated statistics.

Excel can be a whiz piece of software for keeping track of things like your monthly bills and spendings.
Presentations

The presentation format consists of 'slides' viewed one after another usually with not too many lines of text on and often pictures or other media embedded. They are mostly used for presenting ideas or results in a business meeting, a sales presentation, a class or a lecture, or as an alternative to making a booklet format for handing out some information.
Powerpoint: Microsoft's app for presentations
Microsoft's Powerpoint application is useful for all presentations whether in business or in lessons or lectures. People also use this app for editing figures and charts, but vector graphics based software - Inkscape (free) or Adobe Illustrator (paid) - provides more figure editing power.
Making Videos

I can show you how to use software such as Bandicam to record your screen, or software such as Wondershare to make nice edits and effects on your home videos.
Example: Introduction to Excel 2010 video talk through with examples on sales & profits data.
